Social media consulting is a step down from hiring a social media manager to manage your social media marketing. Instead of our dedicated social media account managers handling the day-to-day aspects of social media marketing, we teach you, the business owner, how to DIY your digital marketing.

With a four-month commitment, our social media consulting plan is perfect for those who want to learn more about social media marketing and have time to manage it themselves. Our senior account managers are no less involved in your accounts, providing assistance through monthly calls, detailed analytics and growth reports, and offering suggestions, best practices, and tips for making the most of your business’s social media accounts.

Where do I start?

Social media consultation plans have a four-month minimum commitment. Our social media managers will work with you each month to provide assistance with your social media marketing strategy, posting best practices, data analysis, and more. Each month of consulting includes the following:

  • We will schedule two 1-hour phone call sessions with our senior accounts managers.
  • We will perform a profile review & refresh for each social media platform. This includes updates of profile picture and cover photo, where applicable.
  • Prior to each call, the team will formulate a data report. During the call, they will walk you through the details of this report and make suggestions for content, target audience, etc. A Q&A session is also included on the call.
  • Our team will provide outlined research and guidance that will encourage social account growth.
  • We will provide graphic/image ideas and branding guidelines, as well as best practices for proper posting to each social media account.
  • Email correspondence will be allowed for troubleshooting and client support during this time.
  • We will schedule two 45-minute phone call sessions with our senior accounts managers.
  • Prior to each call, the team will formulate a data report. During the call, they will walk you through the details of this report and make suggestions for content, target audience, etc. A Q&A session is also included on the call.
  • We will track progress on all social accounts; followers and growth month-to-month will be analyzed.
  • We will be available for brainstorming assistance and Q&A sessions.
  • We will discuss targeted branding.
  • We will review content and community engagement.
  • We will provide graphic/image ideas and branding guidelines, as well as best practices for proper posting to each social media account.
  • Email correspondence will be allowed for troubleshooting and support.
  • We will schedule three 45-minute phone calls with our senior accounts managers. These calls are TBD based on topic/need and best available time.
  • We will assist with platform implementation.
  • We will aid in video planning.
  • We will provide training for content publishing.
  • We will provide monthly platform analytics and usage reports.
  • We will help you create and refine your social media calendar and process.
  • We will provide Q&A calls and brainstorming assistance as needed.
  • Email correspondence will be allowed for troubleshooting and support.
