Our contracts range from at least six months to one year. For those clients in need of shorter terms, we do evaluate each situation and can at times offer a 4-month term with auto-renew options.

All service contracts (including social media management, inbound marketing, SEO services, online advertising including PPC, etc.) require a 30-day cancellation notice be provided in writing. Web Development and other projects have separate service agreements, please contact support for more details. With regards to SMM (monthly etc.) account upgrades or downgrades the 30-day cancellation notice still applies.
